Ten years ago, we fell in love with an old farmhouse. It needed a complete renovation, but even then, we could see its potential: a place that could one day become a true home.
We shaped it around our own ideas, preserved original details, planted trees and built it together with friends. Along the way, we filled it with life, shared moments and memories. Over the years, it became a place that will always remain an important part of our story.
Now a new chapter begins. Our home has become a guesthouse, and the house that once held our memories is ready to make room for those of our guests. We believe everyone who stays here adds something to this place, and every day spent here can become a new story worth remembering.

The best stories often begin around a table. At Kamado Guesthouse, everything is here to turn cooking and time spent together into lasting memories. A long dinner, a glass of wine or a barbecue in the garden can easily become the highlight of your weekend.

Kamado wasn’t built as a guesthouse. It was originally our own home, so every detail reflects the care and personal touch we put into it. We want our guests to experience the same sense of comfort and tranquillity that felt natural to us here for so many years.

Rows of lavender, old trees, birdsong and a garden that has evolved over ten years into what it is today. It’s a place to enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, play with the children or linger in the garden over long conversations in the evening. Nature is simply part of your stay here.

Kamado Guesthouse is always rented as a whole, so your time here really is all about you. You won’t have to share the house, garden, terraces or sauna with other guests. For a few days, the whole of Kamado is yours.
